Jimmy Park is visiting home for the first time in years and has nothing to show for his time living overseas in Seoul. But old tensions come to a head when he confronts his homophobic sister at a family dinner.。故事以男子高中生韵律体操为主题，故事舞台为日本宫城县岩沼市，主角「双叶翔太郎」在中学最后的夏天被男子韵律体操吸引，进入私立苍秀馆高等学校（通称苍高）男子韵律体操社，并与体操界新星「美里良夜」以及性格丰富的前辈们相遇，共同向同一个目标前进的热血运动故事。。
