Now they’re on the hunt for the mad-man responsible in hopes of reversing the side-effects… but also they’re being chased by a government agency, dealing with college applications, teenage romance, random monster mutations, and all of sorts ...。火星に赴任してきた刑事 ロス・シリバスは到着早々、カントリー歌手のケリー・マッキャノンが殺害される事件に巻き込まれる。そして、その遺体の分析結果からある事実が判明する。殺害されたのは人間ではなく、セカンドの水準を超える非合法の存在サードであったことが判明する。ロスはアミテージと共にこの事件を追うことになる。そして、その先にサードに纏わる事実も徐々にその姿を現す。。
