The film introduces bands such as Silly, Chicorée, San...。二十八岁的凉夏本以为一定能够和相恋了十年之久的男友茅亮一起携手步入婚礼的殿堂，并且一直为了迎接两人盛大的婚礼而做着各种各样的准备，心中充满了对婚后生活的美好幻想。茅亮的公司正在进行着紧张的第二轮融资，事情进行的并不是非常顺利，凉夏对婚姻的渴望带给了茅亮巨大的压力。。詹妮科与朋友们去挪威中南部优兹黑姆山滑雪，结果遭遇变态杀人狂，朋友惨遭杀害，而詹妮科在一番搏斗之后将杀人狂推入冰缝，艰难逃生，最终被人搭救。在当地的奥塔医院中，她向警方诉说了惨剧的经过。警方迅速展开搜索，很快发现杀人狂以及遇难者的尸体，并将尸体运回奥塔医院暂时保存。然而杀人狂的命竟如此刚硬，他渐渐苏醒过来，旋即展开了大屠杀，医院瞬间变成人间地狱。再次逃生的詹尼科决心重入雪山，彻底除掉这个恐怖无情的杀人魔王……。
