The film follows young activists around the globe Anuna and Adélaïde (Belgium), Luisa (Germany), Léna ...。超人气少女恋爱冒险游戏《喧哗番长乙女》动画化决定，动画将以《最强番长是少女-GirlBeatsBoys-》为名，由实力派工作室ProjectNo.9担当制作。作品预计于2017年春季以10分钟短篇动画的形式，进行中日两版放送。绘梦动画将首次担任日本动画制作委员会的组织者，同时负责中国地区的运营。。一只小鹦鹉和另一只成熟的鹦鹉一起寻找饲养它们的小女孩，它们发现在困境中由“说话”来找到另一种解决方式。它们首先告诉自己已经在困境中，并且知道自己有说话的天才，它们内心充满希望，在别致的动物展会中人类的朋友们能帮它实现最重要的梦想——最终回到“家园”。。
