影片主要讲述了九十年代的北方小镇，痛失未婚夫的环卫工人王芳遇到一名女婴，她决定领养这个孩子，但却遭到父母的强烈反对。执意的王芳无视父母的感受选择离家出走。然而生活的苦难接踵而至，为了生活她选择省吃俭用，她含辛茹苦地把孩子抚养成人后却积劳成疾，她和孩子的未来再一次变得扑朔迷离……。Sam's cases involve a series of revenge killings by a former Auschwitz prisoner| the mysterious deaths of teenage girls killed 15 years apart in Norway| a suspicious suicide and a beautiful Nun in a convent by the sea - very different stories, all employing Sam's expertise to the maximum.。
